Font Ownership & Usage

This Font Ownership & Usage document is intended to clearly explain how Fonts created through the Service may be used. It does not replace, amend, or override the General Terms & Conditions and creates no additional contractual obligations beyond those set forth therein.

1. No Font License – Full Ownership

The Service is a font creation tool, not a font foundry. Fonts generated through the Service are not licensed to the Customer. Instead, subject to applicable law, the Company assigns to the Customer full ownership and all transferable intellectual property rights in the typefaces generated by the Customer using the Service (the “Fonts”). This means that the Customer owns the Fonts in the same way as any other self-created design asset.

2. What You May Do With Your Fonts

As the owner of the Fonts, the Customer may, without limitation:

  • Use the Fonts in any media, including but not limited to print, web, apps, games, video, broadcast, social media, AR/VR, embedded systems, and physical products;
  • Use the Fonts for commercial and non-commercial purposes;
  • Modify, expand, subset, convert, or otherwise adapt the Fonts;
  • Create logos, wordmarks, identities, and derivative works based on the Fonts;
  • Distribute, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the Fonts to third parties;
  • Use the Fonts for multiple brands, clients, products, or projects;
  • Embed the Fonts in software, hardware, documents, or digital products, including in a manner that allows end users to access or install them.

No additional licenses, upgrades, usage-based fees, reporting obligations, or attribution requirements apply to the Fonts.

3. No Usage Metrics or Restrictions

The Company does not impose restrictions on the use of the Fonts based on:

  • Company size, number of users, or number of devices;
  • Traffic, downloads, impressions, or views;
  • Number of domains, applications, platforms, or formats;
  • Geographic territory or duration of use.

The Fonts may be used worldwide and perpetually.

4. Important Clarifications & Limitations

The assignment of ownership in the Fonts does not constitute a representation or warranty that:

  • The Fonts are original, unique, copyrightable, registrable, or non-infringing;
  • The Fonts do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including existing typefaces, trademarks, or design rights.

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, similar or identical fonts may be independently created by other users of the Service. Ownership applies only to the Customer’s individual Fonts and does not prevent others from generating similar or identical outputs through use of the Service.

The Customer is solely responsible for assessing the legal risks associated with use of the Fonts and for ensuring compliance with applicable intellectual property laws.

5. What This Document Does Not Cover

This document governs ownership and use of the Fonts only. It does not grant any rights in or to the Company’s:

  • AI models, algorithms, or training data;
  • Software, platform, user interface, or infrastructure;
  • Documentation, example outputs, branding, or proprietary know-how.

Use of the Service itself is governed exclusively by the General Terms & Conditions.
