Lifetime member terms

1. Applicability and Precedence
These Plan-Specific Terms apply exclusively to Customers who have purchased the Lifetime Member Plan. If any conflict arises between these Plan-Specific Terms and the General Terms & Conditions, these Terms prevail, but only for Lifetime Member Customers.
2. Included Features
Lifetime Members receive:
- One user seat
- 150 AI prompts per month
- Unlimited font file downloads
- No font usage limitations
- Lifetime access as defined below \
3. Lifetime Member Access Conditions
3.1 Duration of Access
Lifetime access means access for the operational lifetime of the Typograph Service as maintained by G–W Technologies AB, or a maximum of ten (10) years, whichever is shorter.
3.2 Ownership or Corporate Changes
In the event of acquisition, merger, or ownership change, the successor may modify or discontinue Lifetime Member access. If the Service is discontinued, access ends without refund.
3.3 Future Plans
Lifetime Members receive the above privileges for the operational lifetime of the Service (up to ten (10) years). Future plans or pricing for new customers may differ, but these Lifetime Privileges will not be reduced or removed while the Service remains operational.
4. Font Usage and Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership
To the extent legally possible, the Customer receives full ownership and transferable IP rights to generated typefaces (“Result”), as defined in the General Terms.
4.2 Limitations & Responsibilities
The Company does not guarantee originality, non-infringement, or legal clearances. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring lawful use and conducting any required IP checks. Similarity between outputs generated by different users may occur.

5. Account Use
The Plan includes one personal, non-transferable user seat. Account sharing or transferring to another individual is not permitted without written approval.
The Customer’s use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use provisions in the General Terms & Conditions.
6. AI Prompt Usage
- 150 new prompts are added monthly
- Prompts do not roll over
- Additional prompts may be purchased
7. Support and Service Availability
Support is provided through the Company’s available channels. Support channels and service availability may change over time. No uptime guarantee unless expressly provided.
8. Versioning and Changes to the Plan
These Terms apply from purchase. The Company may update, modify, or replace Plan features for legal, operational, or security reasons, provided that the Lifetime Privileges described are maintained and the core value of the Plan is not materially reduced. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
