Solo member terms

1. Applicability & Precedence
These Plan-Specific Terms apply exclusively to Customers with an active Solo subscription. If any conflict arises between these Plan-Specific Terms and the General Terms & Conditions, these Terms prevail, but only for active Solo Customers.
2. Included Features
- One user seat
- Individual subscription
- 150 AI prompts per month
- Unlimited font file downloads
- No font usage limitations
3. Font Usage & Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Ownership
To the extent legally possible, the Customer receives full ownership and transferable IP rights to generated typefaces (“Result”), as defined in the General Terms.
3.2 Limitations & Responsibilities
The Company does not guarantee originality, non-infringement, or legal clearances. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring lawful use and conducting any required IP checks. Similarity between outputs generated by different users may occur.

4. Billing & Renewal
The agreement will automatically be renewed on an annual basis unless terminated in writing by the Customer no later than 30 days prior to the renewal date.
- Billed annually or quarterly
- Auto-renews every 3 months for quarterly billing or every 12 months for annual billing
- Cancel at least 30 days before renewal
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
5. Account Use
The Plan includes one personal, non-transferable user seat. Account sharing or transferring to another individual is not permitted without written approval.
The Customer’s use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use provisions in the General Terms & Conditions.
6. AI Prompt Usage
- 150 new prompts are added monthly
- Prompts do not roll over
- Additional prompts may be purchased
7. Support & Service Availability
Support is provided through the Company’s available channels. Support channels and service availability may change over time. No uptime guarantee unless expressly provided.
8. Versioning & Changes to the Plan
These Terms apply during the active subscription period. The Company may update, modify, or replace Plan features at any time for legal, operational, technical, or security reasons, provided that the core value of the Plan is not materially reduced. Material changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible and may take effect immediately or at the next renewal, depending on operational needs.
